The Nature Zone

The Nature Zone is located in the Kemper Street Train Station, on the ground floor. The Nature Zone is designed to be hands-on for everyone, from toddlers to teens, so bring the whole family with you. We've got live animals (snakes, toads, flying squirrels, turtles, an iguana and an opossum) for you to visit. We also have a large collection of animal skulls and bones, snake skins, animal pelts, stuffed animals, an insect collection and lots of books and pamphlets with information about the natural world around us.
